Better Everyday Podcast | Wine Drinking & Other “Bad” Habits

We covered a complex, juicy question from a listener about her daily glass or two of wine. Should she give it up? We discussed all angles of this conundrum from nutrient deficiencies, to stress management to doing what really matters TO YOU. This discussion of course applies to wine, staying up late, sugar or any other habit you’re worried may need to go – or does it? Next we talk about something we hear a lot from women and that is: I don’t want to do the same thing over and over in the gym, it’s boring! We talked about why exercise can work as medicine, when to just get it done and when to reconsider your mindset in the gym. We also pose the question: are you really bored or are you actually uncomfortable?  And when to ditch all that advice and just do something even if it’s not a perfect program.
