    1. They are good as is, the dip suggestions a recipe in the book! (yes, I know, I’m sneaky)… But, in the meantime, Sriracha if you like it spicy, is a great dip. Enjoy!!!!

I’m so glad you made a Thai recipe book. Since we have made the choice to eat Paleo, Thai food is the one thing my family and I have severe cravings for. (Probably due to my husband being 1/2 Thai) LOL. I cant wait for this book to come out in my area. I like the fact that everything I have made from your Everyday Paleo book looks like the picture you provide with the recipes.

  9. Hey Sarah!

I made these last night and they were AWESOME! I apparently was out of arrowroot flour, so I had to double up on the coconut flour, but I’ll just have to make them again once I get more. I can’t decide whether they are a breakfast cookie or a healthy treat hah! Also, I rambled words of praise, linked to the recipe, and plugged the hell out of you and the new book in my latest blog post 🙂

I just made the rice flour pancakes for my family and my sis-in-law said that they were the most delicious thing she has ever eaten, my 5 year old said that he wants to eat them all night. I made them with full fat coconut milk along with boxed coconut beverage and chia seeds instead of sesame because of my 2 year old’s allergies. Can you say Carb night!!!

    1. So glad to hear you all enjoyed the pancakes! 🙂

  11. Hello! Loving the new Thai book. Quick question about the Thai Chile Paste – in the intro it says you can keep it in the fridge for months but at the end of the recipe instructions it says it’ll keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks? Which time is correct?

    1. For the paste it will be good for a couple of weeks! Sorry about that! So glad you are enjoying the book!
