I recently posted about Paleo Magazine which is a fairly new publication and I am so excited and honored to be a monthly contributor!  For the latest issue, the editor of the magazine asked me to contribute an article about school lunches; and furthermore, look who made the cover!! Thank you so much to Paleo Mag for the honor, and dear readers, please support and subscribe to this amazing publication. I promise you will be impressed with the quality and content!

  13. Great Blog! I love the idea of the magazine. I will have to subscribe and give it a look. The Paleo Diet seems to be a healthy diet option and I love the creativity with exercise options. Many diets today skip the exercise and I don’t see how this can be healthy. In order for a diet to work most professionals say it needs to combine healthy eating with exercise.

  14. Sarah,

My wife and I have enjoyed your everyday paleo cookbook for the last year. She tells me its the first time I ever followed a recipe! I am writing to offer you some free samples of our truly Paleo pork snack sticks.
We own a small farm called Singing Prairie where we plant fields of kale, turnips, pea vines and oat grass in the spring. Our happy, heritage pigs rotationally graze threw these fields until it gets hot. At that point they move into the Oak/hickory forest where they can lounge in the shade and eat acorns and hickory nuts when the fall. Threw out they are given truck loads of seasonal fruit, veggies and forages such as apples, pears, alfalfa, red and white clover, tomatoes, melons and pumpkins. Since mother nature is unpredictable we supplement with 100% non-gmo grain as needed.
We have been making a shelf stable one ounce snack stick for the last 6 months or so and would like to ask for your help in getting the word out. Would you be willing to try some of our sticks and if you like them help make them more publicly known?
For some really fun and inspirational videos feel free to check us out at http://www.RoamSticks.com or Roam Snack Sticks at facebook.

Cheers! and thank you for helping America be a more vibrant place threw healthy food and farming!
