Sarah aka “Velociraptor”

I had a SUPER fun interview recently with the editor for our local weekly newspaper, The SynthesisThe editor of the paper, Sara (minus the h) Calvosa has just begun her paleo journey and besides being super awesome, she had a ton of questions and concerns that most newbies to paleo often have. We sat down and chatted at length in her living room (we were also joined by my brother Mark who had awesome input as well) and later Calvosa took a fun video of us in her kitchen where I made my Panna Cotta recipe from Everyday Paleo Around the World Italian CuisineYou can read the full interview here, read it in PDF form here, and watch the video below or on The Synthesis Facebook.  In the letter from the editor for this weeks paper, Calvosa had this to say about me which is most likely the most fabulous, flattering, fun, and hilarious way that I have ever been described, and I quote, “You know how in Mario Bros. when you’re running along and you jump and hit a block and a flower grows out of it and you get on the block and run over the flower and suddenly you can throw fireballs and run really fast? That’s how it feels to hang out with Sarah Fragoso.”  My boys will love this and most likely NOT agree, but either way, I’m truly flattered…

Enjoy!

I just put some in the fridge, (still trying to get thru your recipes in your new book, pizza crust is amazing by the way) I cannot wait to eat it up, specially after licking the bowl 😉

P.S. Do you suppose I could use something like pumpkin extract or something of the sort in place of the vanilla for a different outcome?
