Sprints (the dog Rowan is carrying) has recently been diagnosed with congestive heart failure BUT he’s still truckin’ - as in begging to go on his walks and playing like a (slow) puppy, and when he’s tired out he is 100% ok with a ride from Row Row. We can learn a lot from animals. Be present, play often, go outside, be happy, and when you’re tired it’s ok to let someone else carry you for a bit. As far as Rowan, this is his first time outside since Monday minus a visit to the doctor to

3 weeks ago by sarah_fragoso OMgoodness so sorry @docjohnfragoso for blasting this out there but FOR REAL this pic taken over the weekend by the amazing @michaeljlang117 is on - and this was just John goofing around so Mike could make sure the settings/lighting were on point before photographing @betterbydrbrooke and I!! If the photos of Dr. Brooke and I turned out half as good as this one I think we will have some keepers - and of course this photo of John is the only one I’ve seen from our entire shoot! 2 weeks ago by sarah_fragoso When we cook - we COOK A LOT - and not in a holy crap this is a lot of work sort of way, but in a we need to get through this week with ease and in order to do that we simply need to be prepared sort of way. These pics are a quick example of what meal prep looks like for us on the weekends. Sunday morning I cooked a huge breakfast to get us through the morning and then a bunch of meat was prepared - this week we smoked on our @traegergrills two whole chickens

I had a blog reader recently comment on my website that I’m crazy - and well it got worse from there, but I’m not hurt or sad because I know my own heart and intentions and I’m solid with my own self respect, but I also understand that comments such as these can be truly heartbreaking, and it’s rampant in internet land where so many women are trying to contribute to the world but face cruelty by other women on the

1 week ago by sarah_fragoso Oh my gosh, for freaking reals I finally broke down and got a thing I swore I’d never get. A stinkin’ selfie stick. But hey, the plan is to be able to record some videos for y’all in the gym, my kitchen, my random thoughts when I feel inspired to share, etc. and I SUCK at trying to figure that out without help - and I don’t always have help available, so I now have this gadget: selfie stick plus tripod means no excuses to bring you all more content. This salad was made for me like it was a challenge! The guy making it might as well have said - “I dare you to back up your #eatyourveggies hashtag because I now present to you enough salad to feed 25 people - so good luck with that you veggie eating freak!” Good thing
