    Thank you for your great podcast! I listen to other health podcasts hosted by men and they are saying we need less protein not more. Everyone, including Dr. Lyon, state they have studies that support their conclusion. Mark Sisson and Dr. Mercola are are warning about eating to much protein for health and fat loss. I am 54 years old, have 88 lbs of lean muscle mass (I weigh 128 lbs) and they suggest I have about 70 grams of protein per day. After listening to this podcast, that would be way too low. I have been running fasted, but not sure if I should be adding more fat or more protein to my diet. It seems a lot of the paleo/ nutrition experts that I listen to are telling us to eat less and less. I am trying to be intuitive, but sometimes the damage of diet changes don’t happen for a while. I would love to know what you think about intermittent fasting and waiting to eat after a workout for repair and fat burning.
