    The past couple of weeks while in Arizona visiting my nephew and family, his wife introduced me to the Paleo way of eating. and it was not only a healthy way of eating, but also delicious. I intend to buy the Everyday cookbook (which is what she had). I ate some of the meals from that cookbook, and while looking through it I saw some other recipes that I would like to try. Just wanted to thank you for getting this kind of eating out to the world.

    I made the Skirt Steak with Chimichurri sauce for dinner today it was delicious. My husband does not like healthy food I did not tell him it was Paleo
    until after he ate it. Now he is willing to try different recipes. Keep the emails coming I look forward to them everyday.
