Sarah Fragoso and Dr. Brooke Kalanick have both been harried, unhappy, exhausted women in utter hormonal and health disarray. Even as wellness and health experts they too fell prey to the outrageous demands women put on themselves: to do it all and look good doing it. They aren’t alone as this is so sadly the female condition of having our health slip away and being too tired to be happy.
Having finally taken off their stress badges of honor and cultivating more health and happiness in their own lives, Sarah and Dr Brooke have teamed up to help all women do the same. Sarah is a bestselling author of 6 books, a renowned wellness expert and coach as well as a gym owner and mother of three boys. Dr Brooke is a naturopathic and functional medicine physician known for her work with all manner of female hormone issues ranging from PCOS, hypothyroidism, autoimmunity and perimenopause and menopause. She is also a mother of two girls and nationally recognized wellness expert that has contributed to Allure, Fitness, Women’s Health and Martha Stewart’s Whole Living. Both Sarah and Dr Brooke are authors, weightlifters, mothers, wives, professionals and entrepreneurs finding the livable groove of a life filled with all the things you want and also having the hormonal health to relish in the joy of it. And they are a mission to help every woman do the same.
These women came together knowing that their unique skills had garnered them much success in their individual work with but together they can help so many more women. Together they host the highly successful podcast Better Everyday with Sarah & Dr. Brooke and they want to help women worldwide find what works for them in the kitchen, the gym and in life. They teach a unique system of tangible ways to “listen to your body” and adjust your training, diet and lifestyle to accomplish your unique goals and not wrecking yourself along the way.
