We tackled a very big problem: what to do when you want to eat healthier and you want your family to eat healthier but they aren’t interested OR you and your partner are not on the same page when it comes to feeding your kids. This can be so hard and it takes time to get everyone on the same page but we offer several tools for tackling this problem that’s so worth solving. What’s more important than your health and the health of your family?!?

 

We also cover the benefits of testosterone as well as the downside to too much, particularly for women with PCOS who suffer with hypersensitivity to androgens as well as androgen excess. Testosterone certainly has benefits for healing, libido and strength but its also a great example of getting too much of a good thing.
