I have to remind myself a lot - but with practice it becomes easier to slow it way down and fall back into what we call Full Engagement Living. ••• So much of our stuff that we emphasize in our lives as URGENT simply won’t matter when we are sitting in our rockers looking back on our lives so instead of STRESS CRAZY HOLY GUACAMOLE HURRY UP DARN KIDS I AM LATE AND THIS ALL SUCKS - we have got to show up, slow down, and just be. here.

    4 weeks ago by sarah_fragoso Our relationship with food is so out of whack because nobody has ever really helped us individualize and determine what works for us – instead we follow diets, do nutrition challenges, kill ourselves in the gym in order to feel ok about the calories we put in our bodies, but we rarely stop and ask ourselves. IS THIS WORKING??? Baked salmon over sautéed cauliflower and baby spinach and a side of  @bubbiespickles  sauerkraut. •••• Sooooo the picture is pretty and the food was yummy BUT behind the scenes was not so pretty. I let myself get too hungry and I was a hot mess making this meal - however - instead of eating a banana (which I really wanted) or granola (which I really really REALLY wanted) I decided to turn my crashing blood sugar train around that reared it’s ugly head thanks to not a lot of sleep and

(and that’s ok too) Today I’m teaching an online fitness class to our year long coaching group and then  @docjohnfragoso  and I are taking 6 kids to watch a basketball game - so YAY - but whew I’m tired. So before the crazy begins I’m starting my day with my fave - breakfast soup made with homemade bone broth, leftover roasted chicken, cauliflower rice and power greens sautéed in coconut oil and I seasoned my bowl
