Talk about a special show! In this episode we had Sarah’s 14 year old son, Jaden, join us to talk about what it’s been like having parents so immersed in health and wellness as well as many issues facing teenagers today. Jaden gave a unique view into how to talk more effectively to our children about sensitive subjects and how often the answer to having better communication with our kids is simply respect. And of course we asked how he eats when he’s away from Sarah! All Paleo all the time? Find out!
