  1. Ladies. I was super excited to start listening to you two. But after 18 1/2 minutes of vitamin D I have to find another podcast and listen to see if we are compatible. I am 52 years old. I am taking a break from my bike ride to write this comment. I am very interested in both of your knowledge but I just have some delicate krittiq here. Please define the terminology especially the medical terminology that you throw in there like vitamin D receptors. I am very health-conscious. I eat organic. I go to a natural path. I check my hormones etc. I don’t know what that means. So I’m pretty sure other listeners don’t either. And one could get, as I did, A little bit bored when we don’t understand what you’re talking about. So this is a gentle critique. I think you guys are great. I really want to listen more and get stuff out of your podcast so I hope you take it to heart with the intention I have which is a good intention.

    1. Critique. Siri doesn’t always get it right
