Fasting, it’s all the rage right? Intermittent fasting, days of fasting, weeks of fasting – this strategy runs the gamut. And we get asked about it all the time! So we brought on the Living’ La Vida Low Carb Man himself, Mr. Jimmy Moore to break it down for us. How long, who can benefit – and you can bet Dr Brooke chimed in with her two cents (ok probably more than two…) about who this strategy may not be the best for. Learn more about employing fasting, what supplements and lifestyle choices can help should you decide to fast. And fasting aside, Jimmy is a very fun guest with a great story of reclaiming his own health after being over 400 pounds.
