Sarah Fragoso

Sarah Fragoso is an international best selling author of 6 books, co-owner of the Chico, CA based gym JS Strength and Conditioning, and founder of the Everyday Paleo franchise. Sarah is the co-host of the popular Sarah and Dr. Brooke Show podcast and she also conducts workshops and retreats on the subjects of nutrition, lifestyle and fitness.

Her message is from the heart and she carries a genuine desire to help other families looking for guidance. These attributes have contributed to her successes and provide the drive to keep the discoveries coming.

    Is the book available as an ebook? I can download it to itunes but tells me I cant view it without an iphone, ipod or ipad, which I dont have.

        You should be able to get the Kindle app for Android, and then download the Kindle version from Amazon. Not an Android user myself, but Kindle is platform-agnostic.

  5. I bought your book on Kindle about a week and a half ago, and I read it in 2 days. My husband and I decided to give paleo a try for 30 days, and we loved your way of looking at health. It has been one week on paleo, just one, and we agree we are NEVER going back. I cannot thank you enough. In ONE WEEK I have found that I actually HAVE energy! I find that I CRAVE moving my body as much as I can, and I am finding new joy in activities! This week we have taken family walks (I am sad to admit it was our first time!), gone to the lake for a day (before we would just spend a day off lounging around), and now I find myself getting up EARLY to make time for movements (I am doing your beginner workout)!

    I am finding freedom in how I feel, and I am amazed. I have battled insomnia for years and already am sleeping better than I did with Ambien! I cannot say enough about how great I feel, and my husband agrees! I cannot thank you enough for writing this book- you really made going paleo with little kids (I have boys, 6 and 4 years old) much easier than I ever imagined it could be. My little ones have transitioned beautifully due to the tips your book offered- and I am so proud that they request fruits (and FISH!!!) for snacks!!! Our home was gluten free already, and we thought we were “healthy” eaters before- but somehow the pounds kept coming and our energy was always nonexistant. I really cannot believe the different just one week has made for us, and we really cannot thank you enough.

    Hi Sarah,

    I kinda wish they would have made the download available in an .epub format for all of us who have a kobo instead of a Kindle.

    I have the hard copy of your book… by the way, I LOVE the beet, onion and Bacon recipe; but I was hoping to have it for my kobo.

    Oh well, beggars can’t be choosers.
