Better Everyday Podcast | Fruit Good or Bad, Hot Pilates vs. Strength Training & Acne

Better Everyday #50 Is Fruit Good or Bad, Hot Pilates vs. Strength Training & Acne

Great questions today! We answered a question that sooooo many women ask us about: fruit – yah or nah? We covered this from every angle: does it work for you, what your fruit cravings mean and how you utilize the fiber found in fruit. This also brought up the questions: is Paleo meant to be low carb? And how healthy are “natural sugars”? This show also dove deep into a reader’s question on what to expect in terms of “should her progress be happening quicker”, inferno hot Pilates and what we mean when we say “strength training”. Lastly we covered the Pill’s impact on thyroid meds and talked all about acne including its causes and who you find your root cause.
