I received an email several weeks ago from some dude named Dean Dwyer of Being Primal, asking me for an interview. You see, I happen to get a good handful of emails every day and Dean’s message unfortunately got lost in the shuffle and it took me 26 days to get back to him. I thought it was actually 24 days but he has corrected that it was really 26, or maybe it was the other way around, but anyhow, I’m very glad that I emailed Dean back and decided to accept his request. Dean was incredibly fun to speak with and his humor and positive attitude is absolutely infectious. To listen to our discussion, follow this link and enjoy! While you are there, check out the rest of Dean’s incredibly cool and inspirational site.
As always,
Enjoy!
Is it me or are there a lot of excuses up there about why my VERY important email was put in quarantine for 26 days? 🙂 I’m glad Sarah you left out the fact I was actually begging in my email. That would have been embarrassing if people saw that needy, whiny side of me.
Oh and Sarah I also wanted to add a few things you clearly “accidentally” omitted. You forgot to mention my immense intelligence (sure I didn’t display any of it in our interview) but it was there…lurking…somewhere.
You also didn’t mention how I really helped bring you out of your shell. You were clearly intimidated by my status in the Paleo community and my ability to put you at ease was clearly overlooked.
And finally you totally forgot to mention that I broke some serious Fragoso secrets that not even TMZ knows about…I won’t spoil the secret people, but I suspect 1980’s big hair might have been involved.
Thanks again Sarah for doing that. I would encourage anyone who listens to really pull out some of the key points you revealed about your own journey. They can all be applied to anyone who is thinking of making the SHIFT to Paleo.

ps…Oh I think you also forgot to mention how great I look on a podcast.
Oh and for those interested in the interview Sarah mentioned that the Ancestral Health Symposium stuff would be available online. There are currently 14 videos up on the site. You can see those here…

Sorry Dean but I also noticed the tattoo inconsistency in Sarah’s book. 🙂
Nice interview though it was good to hear more of how Sarah got started on this journey.
Sorry Pam, that evidence is not admissible in the Dean court of law. Yeah I’m a big believer that the details are what really help people take the actual steps to give Paleo (or anything for that matter) a try. There are some great lessons in her story.
