1 week ago by sarah_fragoso My food looks like this a lot lately. Put some leftover protein in a cast iron skillet with some coconut oil and all the veggies - and jicama on the side, because jicama. This creation is leftover slow cooked chicken thighs that I doused with a jar of @traderjoes Salsa Verda and a bunch of cumin and sautéed with a little bit of leftover sweet potato along with zucchini and some greens.
