  1. Hi!

Thank you for all your work advocating for the health and wellness of others!
We are in the same boat, however my contribution is in the kitchen.

I own & operate a gluten-free pastry company in Oakland CA, that is dedicated to
dispelling the myth that desserts or on-tho-go snacks are bad for your health. At Barr Necessities, we use “Mother Nature’s Recipes” to create decadent pastries that are free of gluten/grains/refined sugar. And that, most importantly- taste damn good!

I’m currently promoting my most popular product; paleo It’sa Meal Cookies.
They are almond meal and flax based, organic, non-gmo, low-GI and Vegan.

Do you ever feature a product that you recommend? Or give shout out’s to a business that serves your audience?

Well, I’d be happy to send you a sample box so you can try these cookies.
They’re the kind of ‘health bar’ that satisfy your coffee break, and your midnite snack.

Feel free to email me your address if you’d like!

Best to you and yours! ~ Natalia Barr
