The absolutely lovely Shana Ekedal, a holistic nutrition expert and transformation coach joins us on this episode and we meandered through comparison, showing up in our lives more fully, and all about FEAR. Shana talked about the fear box and how to break out of it one step at a time.  This alone is worth the listen but Shana also gave some totally unique insights on weight loss that you won’t want to miss.
