I’m excited to share some amazing news!  Costco did a trial run with Everyday Paleo by stocking it in some select stores to see what the response was.  To my delight things went very well and I am honored to say that Everyday Paleo is now available in every Costco store nationwide!  I continue to be blown away by the welcoming response to Everyday Paleo, and none of this would be possible without all of you!

My first Costco book signing was just a week ago and I’m looking forward to more signings in the  future, so stay tuned for location announcements.  We had a great time meeting all of you who came out to the Costco in Sacramento and it warms my heart that people continue to benefit so much from my books and this little blog.

By the way, after the book signing, I signed all of the copies they had left in stock so you can get a signed copy at the Costco in Sacramento by Cal Expo, even if you missed seeing me there!

Please help me spread the word that you can now visit any Costco location to pick up a copy of Everyday Paleo and also, please look out for Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook coming soon to select Costco’s in September 2012, and hopefully all Costco’s shortly thereafter!! Thanks again for your amazing support, I am truly grateful.

CONGRATS Sarah!!!! That is exciting news! When I first heard about you 8 months ago, I would go to Costco hoping to see your book-no such luck. Even though I own it now I still check when I go in, just to see if it had caught on yet. I will definitely spread the word to all my family & friends (on FB) about your book! I love your recipes and all you do 🙂 Thanks so much!

I have your book sitting right here checked out from my local library. I spent the weekend reading a bit and looking through it. I knew it was one I wanted and headed to my local Costco (40 minute drive) because they carry a lot of organics as well as grass fed beef. Lake Zurich, IL Costco

I looked for your book, but they didn’t have it. That was yesterday! Hoping i can get back there soon and purchase it. Or maybe I’ll look online and have it shipped.

Great book! I can’t keep paleo books in the lending library of my Chiro clinic because they all get borrowed so quickly. I need to get a few more copies of yours because it is going to help a lot of moms get rolling with this and the great part of that is that if mom does it… Everybody does it. You’ve almost got my wife convinced to go paleo too which is something I haven’t been able to do! Thanks a lot!

This book being in our Costco is what’s starting us on Paleo living! We’re already a gluten-, dairy-, and soy-free family, and I looked into your book hoping for more recipes we could use. Wow, can we ever. I hit the farmer’s market this morning, and we’re having eggplant lasagna tonight.

I know the books were shipped to stores last week so it could be that there are just not out on display yet. Hopefully they will be there by now!!!

    Hi Sarah,

I’m happy to hear that your books are at Costco. I am a new healthy coach and as part of my program, I am giving out your book to my clients for recipe ideas, menu planning and generally philosophy of whole food eating. So far the books have been greatly appreciated.

I saw your book in Costco Calgary Canada about six months ago … I got really excited.
I waited in anticipation for your book to be released and bought the first copy as soon as it hit the shelves.
So I loved, loved, loved seeing it in Costco – disappointed that I couldn’t buy it there as I already had it! Congrats. It is an awesome book, I love it.

We picked up this book while in Costco last week and started looking through it. It came home with us. I hadn’t even heard about Paleo, and my husband had heard a little, but we were thrilled that you left out everything we can’t eat already, and the thought of a cookbook where we don’t have to alter a single recipe brought tears of joy to our eyes. We have been looking for something like this for almost 11 years. Thank you for so much, especially getting the word out there that there are some of us who don’t want corn, potatoes, or cheese with every meal. Now if we are invited to dinner and asked what we can’t eat, we can just tell them to keep it Paleo and we will be fine. This makes life so much easier. We have already gotten rid of some of our ‘food allergy’ cookbooks, and will be picking up your next book, and probably the kid one too. Thanks again.

Sarah, my Costco must have been one of the lucky ones (here in Ottawa, Canada) – I picked up your book about 3-4 months ago I guess? It changed my LIFE – I had heard about Paleo from a friend a year previously, but reading your book and trying the delicious kid-friendly recipes (I have a four year-old and a 20 month-old), plus adding the workouts to my daily routine, was so easy and fun that it convinced me to read the Paleo Solution and well, we haven’t looked back. So far one jeans size down (one to go) and I never felt better. Thanks so much to you for your amazing book, and to Costco for trying it out!! 🙂

Our friends visiting from Seattle just bought a copy of your cookbook at our Chico Costco. Of all my paleo and gluten-free cookbooks that I laid out on my table, Everyday Paleo was the one that was looked at the most. No suprise there, since its such a great book!

I’ve heard bits and pieces about paleo for the last 2 years or so. Started trying to push my family (namely husband) towards paleo since April of this year. Just about fell out of my sandles 2 weeks ago when I didn’t just see Everyday Paleo at Costco (Colorado Springs west), but Paleo Comfort Foods also! My husband flipped through both books in the truck, turned to me, and informed me that he thought we should try paleo! I’ve started with myself and our kids already, husband is starting on the 1st of September. Lots of reasons why we should; he and I both have hypoglycemia, our children are at very high risk of developing diabetes because of our hypo and husband’s family background of diabetes, I have a strong family history of gluten intolerance though I don’t seem to have it yet, and our son has apraxia of speech – a neurological condition that essentially disconnects the speech centers in his brain from his mouth. Dairy and grain both seem to make his challenges in learning to talk that much more difficult.
So here we are gearing up and already I’ve turned to Everyday Paleo for ideas and inspiration (I generally consider recipes to be guidelines rather than strict rules, haha) a number of times. Thanks for the book and the push my husband needed!
