Time to get real, life is hard for me right now and truthfully as much as I have in my life to be grateful for, I'm currently just getting by. Despite my reality I'm still playing hard, smiling and laughing, and I'm LIVING - but please don't believe everything you see on the internet because the reality is, for a lot of us, the struggle is real. 7 days ago by sarah_fragoso I just got back from a total immersion spur of the moment self care weekend and crammed in all the goodness just for me that I possibly could. I slept over 9 hours on both Friday and Saturday night in this little yurt at Land of Medicine Buddha (unreal), spent my Saturday soaking and resting at @refugespacarmel all by myself (loved the silence), and ate delicious food at @windmillcafesantacruz and @paradisebeachgrillecapitola - (I even witnessed a bar fight, and a lame one at that)... 5 days ago by sarah_fragoso Some days I'm a damn good mom because some days I make more then just boring eggs on a plate kind of breakfast. This was a dual request combination by both Jaden and Rowan and what we ended up with was a scramble made with locally grown zucchini, spinach, mushrooms and @ranchollanoseco breakfast sausage. A side of locally grown watermelon, strawberries and orange baby tomatoes. Of course there were avocado slices, @canyonglutenfree everything bagel, and @sierranevadacheese cream cheese.
