So often both of us see the same questions and challenges come up in both our private clients and our online coaching group. Recently the theme has been how to deal with overwhelm and what to do when the same habits stay challenging. Often in the group we coach women to figure out the one thing that if they could do that, would make the rest of the habits easier. Hear what all we have to say about that in this episode! As well we talk about how to migrate back to your everyday life after you’ve done any 30 day plan. We also share our thoughts, fears and musings on the emotional events of the past week.
