Announcing the Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook

I’ve been working like a mad woman.  Like a passionate, excited, I can’t wait to share this with the world mad woman!!  My first book, Everyday Paleo, was my baby and I’m still humbled, honored, and blown away by the response and continued support of what is now a national best seller!!!

Now, I get to introduce to you, the Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook, scheduled to be released September 4th and now available for pre-order on Amazon!!  Nope, this is not a “kids cookbook” but rather a book for everyone.  A book that will help you reconnect with family while helping you plan and prepare delicious meals so that you can spend more time with the ones you love.  I have learned so much along the way of my own paleo journey and sharing what I have learned with all of you has been the best gift a mom like me could hope for and that’s what this book is all about.

The Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook offers guidance on how to bring your family together with the magic of real food. As modern life grows more hectic with each passing day, a part of living the paleo lifestyle is slowing down and enjoying the time we have with family and friends. This cookbook is intended to remind us of how precious these moments are, and that some of the fondest memories can be made while sitting at the dinner table with the ones we love. Savoring these moments, along with delicious and healthful food, is what life is all about.

In addition to more than eighty delicious, easy-to-prepare recipes that are free of grains, dairy, sugar, and legumes, The Everyday Paleo Family Cookbook offers:

  • Time saving tips and tricks to get you through your busy weeks
  • Several easy to prepare meals for when you find yourself in a pinch
  • Lunch box ideas for the whole family
  • Suggestions of which recipes to pair together to make a complete meal
  • Ideas for how to successfully bring the family together at mealtime
  • Simple shopping and prepping tips to help you save time and money
  • Resources for where to shop to find specific ingredients
I am so excited to share this book with all of you and words simply cannot express my gratitude to all of you for your continued support.
As always, enjoy!!

so excted!! I’ve arrived at a place where I’m comfortable enough with what it takes to cook and be paleo, and now i’m just ITCHING to expand what I make. I’m feeling more confident in my cooking and have really grown to love preparing delicious and beautiful meals for my family that nourish them, so I can’t get enough new recipes to experiment with…really looking forward to this book!

i was the same way when i first started cooking Paleo, but now I’ve been doing it for so long it seems normal. The thought of going back to eating pasta, bread and tortillas all the time makes my stomach flip:/
The longer you cook and the more you realize that you can make almost anything paleo the better it gets. I meet any recipe head on making all kinds of tweaks and tah-dah PALEO:) Build your confidence and the skies the limit…GOOD LUCK TO YOU <3

A LOT! Of course, 80+ brand new recipes; beyond the 80+ new recipes, several other recipes that are quick and easy to make when in a pinch; minimal ingredients and minimal time, new lunch box ideas, and the front part of the book is all about paleo and the family with tips and advice to help bring your family closer together and how to manage your time to make this lifestyle as easy as possible.

I LOVE your first cookbook so I am sure I will love this one too! My favorite recipe is the garden fresh meatballs, I have made them soooo many times and they freeze really well! I always make a double batch because they are so easy to warm up for lunches. Thanks so much for what I am sure will be another great book!

I pre-ordered months ago. I’m so excited about this new book! I reference your first book several times a week.
Will you be giving away a signed copy? (I’d love a chance at that! I’d still keep my order but I would pass it on to a friend. I even have someone in mind. I have been telling EVERYONE about how great it is to be primal/paleo for the past year and she’s the first person to believe me! (or even take me seriously.))

Congratulations! Since you will be doing a book signing at Costco, does that mean that they carry your Cookbooks? If not, will order from Amazon. I would love to get my kids and family on paleo so I’m looking forward to your tips, recipes and suggestions.

I’m so excited for this new book! I had begun exploring Paleo (right after coming off 30 years as a vegetarian) when I was diagnosed as both gluten and diary intolerant. I found Everyday Paleo in Barnes & Noble and it became a LIFESAVER for me, truly! My whole family has loved every recipe I’ve cooked from it, you did an amazing job of altering recipes to make them better for us. They are so quick and easy to prepare too. I don’t feel deprived or like I gave anything up. I am getting my health back and I can still enjoy great food! Thank you so much, Sarah!

This is so cool! Everyday Paleo is the ONLY paleo cookbook I have purchased and I use it every week. My husband loves the sundried tomato chicken slaw and the paleo lasagne (among others). Can’t wait to see the new book!!

Help! I really want to do the paleo diet but cooking for one and working 12hr night shifts, I really don’t want anything but simple and satisfying. Is there anything out there for us single people?

Finally did my post on cooking my way through your new cookbook (for a week at least). Loved it just like your last one 🙂 Thank you for all the wonderful and easy recipes! The “sushi” was the coolest part…
